Miso is a Japanese fermented soybean paste. After Okazaki castle,I visited to a Miso factory where was very near about 10 minutes on foot. They produce Hatcho Miso that Okazaki special products. It is darer and stronger taste than usual Miso. The factory tour is popular for the tourists. Specially Miso stock yard looks great. There were huge Miso barrels lined up that 6 tons of Miso inside and 3 tons of stones pressed each barrel. (http://www.kakuq.jp/home/english.htm)
