Kyoto Maiko exhibition in Takashimaya department store.( http://www.jr-takashimaya.co.jp/ ) It was a part of Kyoto products event. Maiko and Geiko performed on the stage 4 times a day. 12,May. Maiko was Mitsuna, Geiko was Hisano they came from Kyoto Ponto cho town. Unfortunalty pictures were not allow to take when they danced. I took some at talk time. They were very cute and elegant.
I don't think it matters that you don't have photos of the dancing. You have posted many photos of interest, and you are right - the girls are very cute and elegant! Thank you for sharing your unique culture with the world.
