There is a Katana museum next building Seki Kaji Densyoukan (http://www.city.seki.gifu.jp/kankou/seki/sekikaji_densyo.htm.) There were other Katana craftmen demonstrated their works and skills. The handle maker, the sheath maker and the blade polishers worked in front of people.
actually I've always wanted to buy the real katana for myself. but they're so pricey>.<
