Ehou-Maki Sushi roll. This is a part of Setsubun festival. Ehou means auspicious direction. 2011's Ehou is South-South East. There are some rule to eat. 1st Aim to Ehou direction (SSE). 2nd Eat this quietly. 3rd Finish eating at once.(Don't pull out from mouth on the way).
