Zen meditation experience. We call it Zazen. There is a Banshoji temple near middle of Osu shopping archade. They are Zen temple (http://www.banshoji.or.jp/). Last Saturday morning they had an open Zazen class. I reserved it by the internet and joined at that day. Monks taught basic knowledge of Zazen. We did 25 minutes meditation. It was very hard. I thought don't move and don't think that is against animal's instinct.
