Last week end must be a high peak season of summer festival. However terrible rain continued whole 2 days Saturday and Sunday. Last Saturday after noon I walked in Hirokoji street through center of Nagoya city. There were summer festival 20-21,Aug. It was 4 o'clock afternoon and many people prepered thier own stalls.
