Onion skins

Onion peeled skin and organic dyed hand craft Obiage silk belt. My hobby is Shibori tied-dyed work. This is a kind of Shibori but mainly organic dying. Onion surface brown peeled skins gathered about 150grum. White and plain Kimono lining's silk 120cm long x 4 pieces about 100grum. Boiled skins with 3 liter of water about 30 minutes and make dying staffs. The silks were tied with the rubber bands and make some patterns. Dipped silks into dying hot water about 20 minutes. Stir them sometime. After picked them out from water,dry and wash them twice each. The all process end. You can try it.
