There is Ueno Tunmangu shrine (http://www.tenman.or.jp/). It is another famous as the god of study shrine. Their god is Sugawara Michizane who was the aristcray in Heian period and became god of study in Shintoism. There are funny fortune telling. Small doll of Sugawara Michizane and written fortune are sold 300yen. It is popular for the students.
