5,June. Atsuta festival in Atsuta shrine. Bou-no-te (a stick of hand) performance was continued about an hours. They used some unique tools like the umbrella or sickle. Many children performed too. 5,June. Atsuta festival in Atsuta shrine. There was a part of the festival that Bou-no-te (a stick of hand) performance. It is a traditional ceremonial dance based on Japanese martial arts. They are the important intangible cultural properties. There are many different schools of Bounote in Aichi prefecture. They gathered and performed it in the shrine. Kyudo pictures

Last Sunday morning I went to Kyudo training as usual. At that day the Kyudo competition was opened at another day. Many people attended from our Dojo. Only few people had training in that morning. It was the first day that I wear Keikogi training cloth and used Kake leather glove. New glove made my shooting form changed very much. It was hard training day for me.

Night event

Night event lanterns ship parade started from 7 o'clock. The lantern dome is called makiwara. Big one was 14 meter height and 6 meter diameter. 365 lanterns were hanged. The ship paraded about an hour in Horikawa river. The festival was continued on the ground too. The music playend on the stage and people danced in the park.

Horikawa festival

Last Saturday evening I visited to Horikawa matsuri festival. ( http://horikawamachi.net/ ) 4,June. There was the government harbour Shichiri no Watashi at Edo period and there became a park at present day. Very tall pagent and people paraded at 3 o'clock afternoon. And the drums and other music played on the stage. It was very hot day and must be hard for all people.

tea lesson

Every Thursday evening. I have Omote-Senke school tea ceremony lesson There is a Miwa shrine near Yabacho subway station. Here you are some pictures. I wear Kimono dress and Hakama trouser. Last week I didn't take my pictures. This time,I passed my camera to another class mate and she took when I was making a tea. Good pictures. Am I sexy?
